    Cancellations of services by the user must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the user is liable for cancellation costs as specified in the agreement or quotation. Changes to the agreed services can only take place in consultation and with the written consent of Digital HR Partners.

  8. Liability

    Digital HR Partners is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the services, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Digital HR Partners. The liability of Digital HR Partners is in all cases limited to the amount covered by Digital HR Partners’ liability insurance for the specific case.

  9. Intellectual Property Rights

    All intellectual property rights related to the services and the website are vested exclusively in Digital HR Partners or its licensors. Without prior written consent from Digital HR Partners, the user is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or otherwise use information, texts, logos, trademarks, trade names, and images.
