About the job

For a growing company in Beveren, we are looking for a driven Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base. You will build strong relationships with customers, advise them on our products and services and contribute to the company’s turnover growth.

Your responsibilities

• Relationship management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Acquisition: actively prospecting and attracting new customers.
• Advice: advising customers on products and services that meet their needs.
• Quotations: Preparation and follow-up of quotations and contracts.
• Customer satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction through accurate follow-up and excellent service.
• Reporting: Report results, trends and market developments to management.
• Collaboration: Close collaboration with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to exceed customer expectations.

Who are you?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a commercial, economic or marketing field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial role, preferably in B2B sales.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and entrepreneurial.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Language skills: Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
• Driving licence: You have a valid driving licence B.
