For a rapidly growing company in Beveren, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner. In this challenging role, you will work closely with management and employees to implement HR strategies and initiatives that contribute to organisational objectives.


What will you do as an HR Business Partner?

As HR Business Partner, you are an important link between the HR department and the operational teams. You translate the business strategy into concrete HR actions and provide tailor-made advice to managers and employees.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic support: advising managers on HR strategies and workforce planning.
  • Performance management: Coordinating evaluation cycles and supporting managers in setting targets and providing feedback.
  • Talent management: Identifying talents within the organisation and planning growth opportunities.
  • Organisational development: Supporting change processes and ensuring smooth implementation of new structures or processes.
  • Employee engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Labour law and compliance: ensuring compliance with Belgian labour law and internal HR policies.
  • Recruitment and selection: working with the recruiter to attract and retain the best talent.
  • HR data and reporting: Analyse HR statistics and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Training and development: identify training needs and initiate targeted development programmes.

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an HR advisory or business partner role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong in stakeholder management and communication.
    • Strategic insight with a practical approach.
    • Good knowledge of Belgian labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Analytical, problem-solving and focused on results.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
