We are searching for an accomplished HR Manager for a lively organization in Beveren. In this position, you will carry the responsibility for formulating and executing HR policies aimed at growth, engagement, and the optimal deployment of talent within the organization.


What will you do as HR Manager?

As HR Manager, you play a vital role as a strategic partner and a proactive leader. You collaborate closely with the board and line managers to implement HR initiatives that contribute to business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

  • HR strategy: Cultivate and execute a strategic HR policy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Talent development: Establish programs for training, coaching, and advancement opportunities for employees.
  • Recruitment and selection: Oversee the complete recruitment process and ensure that the right talents are attracted.
  • Performance Management: Supervise evaluation processes, define KPIs, and assist managers in feedback and development discussions.
  • Employment law and compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, collective agreements, and internal guidelines.
  • Engagement and culture: Formulate initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and involvement.
  • Change management: Supervise change processes within the organization, such as reorganizations or new projects.
  • HR reports: Analyze HR data and present management with insights on trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Leadership: Guide the HR team and act as a mentor and coach.

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: A master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Belgian employment laws, HR procedures, and best practices.
  • Competences:
    • Strategic vision combined with operational decisiveness.
    • Effective communication skills and capable of engaging at various levels.
    • Analytical skills and a focus on outcomes.
    • Leadership qualities and a people-centric approach.
  • Language skills: Proficient in Dutch; familiarity with French and/or English is beneficial.
