What will you do as HR Manager?

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and act as a strategic partner to the board and management team. You will ensure that HR is a driving force for the organisation’s growth and success.

Your responsibilities:

• Strategic HR policy: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.
• Talent management: Supervising recruitment, selection and retention of employees.
• Performance Management: Setting up and managing evaluation and development systems.
• Employment law and regulations: ensuring compliance with social legislation and terms and conditions of employment.
• Leadership: coaching and supporting executives on HR-related issues.
• Culture and engagement: Promote a positive corporate culture and increase employee engagement.

Who are we looking for?

An experienced HR professional who:

• Have at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, psychology, or a related field.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in an HR leadership position.
• Strong in both operational and strategic HR processes.
• Has excellent knowledge of labour law and social legislation.
• Is communicatively strong and can build relationships at all levels within the organisation.
• Is results-oriented and has a passion for developing people and organisations.
