What will you do as an HR Officer / HR Generalist?
As HR Officer / HR Generalist, you are responsible for the entire HR policy and operational HR processes within the organization. You will closely collaborate with both managers and employees and contribute to a positive work culture and efficient HR processes.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition and selection: Overseeing the complete recruitment process from creating job openings to interviewing and supervising new employees.
- Payroll management: Aid in payroll administration and ensure timely remuneration of employees.
- HR guidance: You serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters such as labor law, working conditions, and personal development.
- Performance oversight: Monitoring the appraisal system and assisting in creating individual development plans for employees.
- Training and growth: Managing training and growth opportunities to support employees in their professional progress.
- HR procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws concerning HR, such as employment agreements, sick leave, and workplace safety.

Who are we looking for?
- You possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR position, preferably as an HR Officer or HR Generalist.
- You have a thorough understanding of employment laws and HR procedures.
- You excel in talent acquisition and selection, payroll procedures, and providing HR guidance.
- You work diligently, possess a proactive work ethic, and can smoothly transition between various HR responsibilities.
- You have exceptional communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- You are proficient with HR tools and have advanced Excel skills.
