Are you outgoing, adept in administration, and looking for your initial exposure in recruitment? As a Junior Recruiter in Ghent, you will assist the recruitment department of a swiftly growing organization and contribute to identifying the suitable talent.

For an inventive and eco-conscious player within the logistics sector, we are seeking a Junior Recruiter. In this position, you will actively engage in the entire recruitment process. Previous experience is not obligatory, as you will receive the essential training and support to evolve into a full-fledged recruiter.


What will you do as a Junior Recruiter?

As a Junior Recruiter, you will be accountable for a broad range of administrative and communication tasks throughout the recruitment process. You will aid in attracting new employees and ensuring a favorable experience for each candidate.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drafting and advertising job openings through various platforms.
  • Supervising job applications and corresponding with candidates.
  • Conducting (phone) interviews and evaluating competencies.
  • Proactively seeking fitting profiles and establishing a talent reservoir.
  • Assisting in the induction process of new employees.
