For an innovative and fast-growing company in Beveren, we are looking for a driven L&D Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing learning programmes that contribute to the growth of employees and the organisation.
What will you do as an L&D Specialist?
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the training and development policy. You will work closely with HR and managers to provide tailored learning solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop training programmes: Create innovative training courses and workshops focused on hard- and softskills.
- Analyse learning needs: Identifying development needs through interviews, analysis and assessments.
- E-learning and digital tools: Develop and manage online learning tools and platforms.
- Talent development: designing pathways for career development, leadership training and onboarding programmes.
- Coordinating training sessions: Plan, organise and evaluate internal and external training sessions.
- Evaluating impact: Measure the success and ROI of learning initiatives and improve where necessary.
- Collaboration: Function as a partner to managers and teams to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Keep innovating: Staying abreast of the latest trends in L&D and translating them into concrete actions.

Who are we looking for?
- Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Educational Studies or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Learning & Development role or similar.
- Skills:
- Creative in developing learning solutions.
- Strong in project management and organisation.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms and modern teaching techniques.
- Language skills: Fluent in Dutch; English is a plus.
