What will you do as a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist?

As an L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for devising and implementing learning programs that contribute to employee development and the achievement of organizational objectives.

Who are we looking for?

A dynamic professional who:

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, training science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development, training, or a similar position.
• Effective organizational skills combined with creativity and a passion for learning.
• Has familiarity with modern learning technologies and methods, such as LMS systems and blended learning.
• Is a cooperative team player, with proficient Dutch and English proficiency.
