For a growing organisation in Beveren, we are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from drafting vacancy texts to attracting and selecting top talent.


What will you do as a Recruiter?

As a Recruiter, you will work closely with managers and the HR team to attract the best professionals. You will have a varied role in which you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process and contribute to the growth of the company.

Your responsibilities:

  • Vacancy management: Drafting and publishing catchy vacancy texts through various channels.
  • Talent sourcing: Proactively searching for suitable candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks and other channels.
  • Selection interviews: Screening CVs, conducting telephone and physical interviews and guiding candidates through the selection process.
  • Recruitment strategy: Work with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that match the needs of the organisation.
  • Networking: Actively participate in job fairs, events and other initiatives to increase the talent pool.
  • Candidate experience: Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Administration: Track candidates in an ATS system and report on recruitment activities.
  • Employer branding: participating in campaigns and initiatives to market the organisation as an attractive employer.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or other relevant field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Results-oriented and a hands-on mentality.
    • Proactive and creative in finding talent.
    • Good knowledge of modern sourcing techniques (such as LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
