What will you do as a Recruiter?

As a Recruiter, you play a key role in attracting talent and strengthening the workforce. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from drafting vacancies to guiding candidates to a new challenge.

Your responsibilities:

• Vacancy management: Drafting and publishing attractive vacancy texts on various channels.
• Sourcing: Active search for candidates through job boards, social media and networking events.
• Screening: reviewing CVs, conducting telephone screenings and coordinating job interviews.
• Selection: Working with hiring managers to select the best candidates.
• Employer Branding: promoting the company as an attractive employer.
• Onboarding: Support the induction process of new employees.

• Has a hands-on mentality and can handle deadlines well.
