For an innovative company in Lokeren, we are looking for a Service Technician. In this role, you will carry out maintenance and repairs on technical installations at customers’ premises. Does this sound like something for you? Then read on!

What will you do as a Service Technician?

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the proper operation of technical installations. You are often on the road and work at customers’ sites.

Your duties:

• Maintenance: Preventive and corrective maintenance of technical installations.
• Repairs: Locate and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Installations: Assembly, testing and commissioning of new equipment.
• Advice: Inform customers about maintenance and use of installations.
• Reporting: Maintain work reports and communicate with planning.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an independent and solution-oriented service technician with:

• A technical education in electromechanics, electricity or similar.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic systems.
• A driving licence B and willingness to visit customers in the region.
• Good communication skills and customer orientation.
