Position: Junior Recruiter – Ghent
You are outgoing, skilled in administration, and seeking your first involvement in the recruitment field? As a junior recruiter in Ghent, you will support the recruitment service of an expanding organization and facilitate in identifying the appropriate talents.
For an inventive and sustainable player in the logistics sector, we are seeking a junior recruiter. In this position, you will actively participate in the entire recruitment process. Prior experience is not mandatory; you will receive the necessary training and support to develop into a competent recruiter.
What will you do as a junior recruiter?
As a junior recruiter, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and communication tasks in the recruitment process. You will support in attracting new employees and ensuring each candidate has a positive experience.
Your tasks:
- Draft and publish job offers through various platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with applications and communicate with candidates.
- Conduct (phone) interviews and assess abilities.
- Proactively search for suitable profiles and build a talent pool.
- Support in the welcoming process of new employees.
